NatureWalk Welcome Center, Seagrove Beach - In keeping with NatureWalk’s location abutting a state forest and the project’s dedication to the natural environment, the Welcome Center sits on timber piles in a serene lagoon.  A two-story entry foyer continues the theme inside and features a natural stone fireplace, overlooked by an open conference room above.  This Welcome Center displays a site model of the entire development and prototype house plans; provides sales offices where prospects can meet with sales staff; shows a model kitchen design; provides a seating area for viewing audio-visual presentations; and has administrative office space and restrooms for staff and the public, all in a restful and welcoming environment.
