GCCC Health Sciences Building
Gulf Coast Community College Health Sciences Building, Panama City– This three-story building, originally built in 1982, has been completely renovated and expanded to house the growing health science programs of this college. During an extensive programming phase, the affected departments and program personnel were involved in interviews and meetings to assist in planning their new facilities. Programs included in the facility are Dental, Nursing, EMS, Respiratory Therapy, Radiography, Surgical Technology, Physical Therapy, and Sonography. Aesthetically, the building was designed to project a new state-of-the-art image, to assist in attracting new students and in keeping with its prominent position as the new gateway to the campus.
