Emerald Coast Technology MP DAG worked with the Economic Development Council (EDC) of Okaloosa County on a master plan for this office campus, which will include 3 million square feet of space for several universities, Eglin Air Force Base, and defense contractors.  Arranged around a greenscape plaza with distinctive water features, the complex is planned to incorporate office and research buildings, educational buildings, condominiums, a hotel and convention center, restaurants and retail space, and a day care center to support the office workers.
