The Mixed Use Building is located at the west side of the main square at Seaside.  It is a four story stell framed building with CMU bearing walls.  There are four commercial spaces plus a lobby on the ground floor and office spaces and a health spa on the second floor.  The seven living units are accessed from a courtyard on the third level and are two stories high.  The interior are fully detailed with painted woodwork throughout.  The five units on the east side have exterior shuttered balconies overlooking the square.
