The 5,200 SF fire station in WaterColor blends in with the unique architectural style of this Gulf Coast community. DAG worked to meet the technical and budget requirements of the fire district, while at the same time meeting design objectives of the developers. The station includes a firehouse, facilities for emergency medical services, and beach rescue services.
The former fire chief, Leslie Hallman, commented, “Not only is it a beautiful building that blends well with the WaterColor look, but it has exceeded our expectations as an operational fire station. The response from the public has basically been ‘wow.’”
