Chipola College Center for the Arts, Marianna - DAG Architects is working as part of a design-build team on the design the new Center for the Arts at Chipola College.  The Marianna, Florida, facility is intended to be a state-of-the-art complex, meeting the educational and performance needs of the college and the surrounding community.  It will include a 650-seat performance theater, a 150-seat experimental theater, a studio and instructional suite for dance programs, and administrative spaces.  Planned to be built in three phases, the 42,000 SF Chipola Center for the Arts will become the new “front door” of the campus.   The differing acoustical requirements for performance spaces, rehearsal spaces, and instructional spaces have been a key factor in the design.
