Blue Heron Beach Resort The Blue Heron Beach Resort is planned to include four lakefront towers containing a total of 563 units, with one, two and three bedroom condominium units.  Centrally located to Orlando’s theme parks, the development includes a sand beach, boat dock, two freshwater lagoon pools, exercise rooms, and covered parking.
