Town Center at Alys Beach

In collaboration with Hart Howerton, the DAG design team worked with the developer to develop a cohesive town center plan that will provide residential, retail, and office space, further defining this new urbanist community. Careful attention has been paid to designing the proper flow of pedestrian traffic through a very busy ocean-front community. Working with the critical height restrictions along with a high demand for residences, the team eventually was able to pit forth a viable plan that will serve as the foundation for this and future development in tehius highly successful; town.
