The Blue Heron Beach Resort is planned to ultimately include four towers along Orlando’s Lake Bryan, containing a total of 563 units, with one, two, three and four bedroom condominium units.  Only two of the towers have been built to date. 

 

Centrally located to Orlando’s theme parks, the development includes a check-in and conference meeting room facility, a white sand beach, boardwalks, a boat dock, two lakefront freshwater lagoon pools, exercise rooms in each building, and covered parking.  The towers range from 16 to 21 stories in height.
