Cascades 

Led by prominent developer, North American Properties, the Cascades Mixed-Use Development, spanning two full city blocks, represents the largest private development in downtown Tallahassee in decades.  The Cascades project sits proudly on the edge of Cascades Park, a beautiful multimillion-dollar public park replete with an amphitheater and walking trails. The development offers market-rate apartments, retail, Class A office, and restaurant space, as well as an AC Marriott hotel.  The project also includes a public plaza and historic memorial, honoring significant local history. Phase Two is contemplated to complete the development, with two additional mixed-use buildings. DAG Architects led the design team through conceptualization and master planning, served as the architect of record for all buildings, and provided services through construction and opening.
