Located in the heart of Central Florida’s high-tech corridor within a master-planned development, this office building promises to be the hub of a new town center. The project is comprised of four structures including a 65,000sf, four-story office building; a 2-level parking structure for 240 cars; an offset building core with connections to the parking garage on both levels. Landscaped areas will include seasonal gardens that help to define, organize, and connect the four spaces, providing communal areas for users and visitors alike. The ground floor, distinguished by the use of a native coquina stone cladding on columns and perimeter beams, is recessed from the facade above to create a covered walkway welcomed by a double-height entrance lobby along with leasable tenant space.
