This Class A office tower is part of a vibrant new cityscape in the heart of Atlanta. The design reflects sophistication and professionalism while celebrating the pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with a familiar and cosmopolitan character. This headquarters building designed for Ernst & Young is a 349,010-square-foot, 19-story building constructed on top of a five-level, 290,173 SF, 684-space parking structure. The building contains a more than 5,000 SF health club and 25,500 SF of retail space. The lobby has rich sweeping veneer panels and beautiful marble throughout. Its sleek contemporary exterior has floor-to-ceiling vision glass which illuminates at night, welcoming sojourners along two major interstates.
