Henderson Beach Resort Master Plan

Working with a team representing hospitality, planning, landscape design and development to plan a world-class resort on the last available beach site in Destin, Florida,  is a labor of love and devotion to celebrate beach living at its finest. There are 461 residential units planned, along with a hotel, retail, parking and other amenities. The property will showcase Old World Florida architecture as evidenced by lush gardens, the dynamic massing of buildings and ample space for enjoying the beach. A pattern book has been developed to illustrate the intended vision and charm of the project.
