An existing grove of coastal oak trees were preserved and have become an outstanding asset of this office park.  The four buildings house offices for defense contractors working at Eglin AFB, as well as the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s office.  The nature of the tenants’ work required special security considerations during the design phases.
