DAG Architects is looking for an energetic and experienced Architect or Designer.
Join our growing design studio in the Tallahassee office. Our next team member will have excellent design, organization, communication, graphics, and visualization skills. This individual will be well versed in the design and documentation of commercial buildings of varied types. They will have experience in planning and programming, conceptual design, contract documents, and construction administration.
A candidate we’ll love has the following attributes and qualifications:
Minimum of three years experience with architectural projects from start to finish. You understand the architecture behind the built environment and the documentation needed to get there.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
Excellent computer skills, including Revit, SketchUp, and programs used to prepare presentation documents such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
Good communication skills–verbally, graphically and in written form, people understand your ideas and the way you share them.
Is organized and thorough – your attention to detail provides clear direction, and your deliverables are solid.
Is a good teammate – you understand how to work within a studio, with consulting partners and with the many moving parts required to deliver a successful project.
