Luxury Gulf Shores resort condominium features four towers, a beach club, and something for every visitor.

 

Centered around a magnificent two-story Club House, four residential towers overlook the Gulf of Mexico.  Each tower has its own pool and recreation area, in addition to the large outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa, exercise room, and gourmet dining room in the club.   DAG also designed the gatehouse, tennis courts, parking structure, commercial buildings, and maintenance buildings.  The project is set back from an area of natural vegetation, which softens the relationship between the towers and Fort Morgan Road.  A second phase of the complex, The Beach Club West, was designed but has not yet been built.

 

In 2010, DAG was asked by the owners to conduct a visioning workshop and evaluation of potential improvements to be made to the resort.  The goals of several different groups (owners, management and staff, unit owners, and resort guests) were discussed, and specific action items were outlined in a detailed report.
