8 West

This 198,000 square foot, nine-story loft office building is part of the rebirth of Westside Midtown Atlanta and will serve as a gateway to Atlanta’s newest area to be redeveloped.  Influenced by the industrial context of Westside, 8 West’s contemporary loft design promises to attract high tech companies and entrepreneurs searching for an inspirational place to work.  Retail currently on the site is being integrated into the plan complimenting the culinary district’s attraction with three new restaurants. In addition, this 8 West is part of a mixed-use development that also includes a 230-unit multifamily project and a shared seven-story parking structure.
