Paul Ritz is a native of Pensacola, Florida and attended the University of Detroit School of Architecture where he received a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He continued his education at Florida International University where he received a Master of Construction Management. He is a licensed architect in Florida and Alabama and has over 26 years of architectural design.  Paul has managed a variety of projects through schematic design, design development, cost estimating, construction documents, and contract administration. He is also a licensed contractor in the State of Florida, providing additional depth of understanding of building design and construction.
