Located in the heart of Central Florida’s high-tech corridor within a master-planned development, this office building promises to be the hub of a new town center. The project is comprised of four structures including a 65,000sf, four-story office building; a 2-level parking structure for 240 cars; an offset building core with connections to the parking garage on both levels. Landscaped areas will include seasonal gardens that help to define, organize, and connect the four spaces, providing communal areas for users and visitors alike. The uppermost level will contain the corporate headquarters of a planned community developer and includes a 60’ long terrace that is deeply set-back for sun and weather protection. This setback also helps to punctuate the building entrance below. Using a palette of architectural pre-cast, coquina stone, light-colored stucco, and a glazed curtain wall system in a carefully proportioned composition. The exterior cladding will provide a more human scale to the building and allow the various building elements to better harmonize with its context.
